3. Payments and Billing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers or bank account details at any time.

When you provide payment information through the Service, a tokenized reference (a “payment token”) is securely created and stored by Stripe. This token allows the applicable business to initiate charges to your chosen payment method for services you have explicitly agreed to and confirmed.

No charge will ever be made to your payment method without your prior explicit consent and confirmation. You will always be informed of the amount, description, and purpose of any charge before it is processed. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting the business directly.

Charges are processed by the business you are transacting with. We act as a technology platform facilitating the transaction and are not a party to the sale itself.

4. Your Data

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service;
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;

6. Refunds and Cancellations

All content, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We are not responsible for the products, services, or conduct of any business using the platform.
